Currently, Bob is the Director of String Publications for Alfred Music. He has served as president of the American String Teachers Association and, in 2013 Bob was inducted into the University of Michigan School of Music Hall of Fame. I’ve used a ton of his books, arrangements, and compositions in my own teaching, and it was so great to sit down with Bob at the 2019 American String Teachers Association Conference for a deep-dive on the state of music education!
